1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at help@zeekart.store or call us at +91 7046268037 with your Order ID.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return (if eligible) after receiving the product.

  • Note: Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch will be refunded in full. No cancellation charges apply.


2. Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Product must include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Return Accepted If:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

  • Item is defective or not as described

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personal care, hygiene, or innerwear products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

Return Process

  1. Email us at help@zeekart.store with your Order ID, reason for return, and photo/video proof if applicable.

  2. Our team will review the request within 2 business days.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

  4. After verifying the returned item, we’ll initiate a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.


3. Refund Policy

Mode of Refund

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)

  • COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT/UPI after receiving your bank details

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.

  • In rare cases, it may take longer depending on your bank/payment gateway. A refund reference number will be provided.


4. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), shipping charges are non-refundable, and you may bear the return shipping.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchanges for valid reasons like size or variant issues, depending on stock availability.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


6. Cancellation or Return Denial

Zee Kart reserves the right to reject cancellation or return requests if:

  • The item has been used or damaged post-delivery

  • The return window (7 days) has expired

  • The product is returned without original packaging
