1. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return (if eligible) after receiving the product.

Note: Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch will be refunded in full. No cancellation charges apply.
2. Return & Replacement Policy

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)

COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT/UPI after receiving your bank details

In rare cases, it may take longer depending on your bank/payment gateway. A refund reference number will be provided.
4. Shipping Charges
